Custom Production Timeline

At ADORE, every sweatshirt is custom-made and embroidered to order. Because of this personalized craftsmanship, please allow 2–3 weeks for your order to be processed and produced before it is shipped. We appreciate your patience as we ensure every piece meets our quality standards.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Once your custom garment is completed, it will be handed over to the carrier. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days (after the 2-3 week production period).

• International Shipping: Delivery times vary by location.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has officially moved from our production studio to the shipping carrier.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

ADORE is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages & Shipping Issues

ADORE is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Please keep all packaging materials and the damaged item to assist with the claim process.
