Final Sale
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of ADORE apparel, all sales are final. Every sweatshirt is embroidered specifically for you, which means we cannot accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind," incorrect size selection, or style preference.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that your order cannot be canceled or modified after the initial 24-hour grace period.
Damages and Issues
We take great pride in the quality of our work. Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at lehrava@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We must be notified of any defects within 7 days of the delivery date. If the error is on our end, we will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Because each piece is custom-made to order, we do not offer exchanges. We highly recommend reviewing our size charts (if applicable) or reaching out with questions before placing your order to ensure the perfect fit.
