Section 1 - Custom Production & Lead Times

By placing an order with ADORE, you acknowledge that each item is custom-made and embroidered specifically for you. Our standard production lead time is 2–3 weeks before an item is shipped. By completing your purchase, you agree to this production timeline.

Section 2 - Order Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, we allow a 24-hour window for cancellations or changes. After 24 hours, the order moves into our embroidery queue, and we cannot cancel or modify the order.

Section 3 - Accuracy of Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. If you provide an incorrect shipping address, ADORE is not responsible for misdelivered packages or additional shipping costs required to resend the item.

Section 4 - Modifications to the Service and Prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

Section 5 - Intellectual Property

All designs, embroidery patterns, and digital content (including media accessed via NFC technology) are the exclusive property of ADORE. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Section 6 - Limitation of Liability

ADORE shall not be liable for any delays in delivery caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or other events outside of our direct control once the item has left our production facility.

Section 7 - Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
